Check-in is from 14:00 on your arrival date. Early check-in is subject to availability — please contact us the morning of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 on your departure date. Late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability and an additional fee.

The property is for residential use only. Events, parties, or functions are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on your booking (4 guests). Unauthorised guests may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Please respect neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. Loud music, outdoor gatherings, and disruptive behaviour during quiet hours may result in immediate termination of your stay. Music outdoors must be turned off by 21:00.

Pets are not permitted at this property unless expressly agreed in writing at the time of booking. Unauthorised pets will result in a cleaning surcharge and may result in eviction without refund.

South Africa experiences periodic scheduled load-shedding. This property is not exempt from the municipal schedule. A load-shedding schedule is posted on the fridge for your reference. Emergency torches and candles are provided in the kitchen drawer. Any inconvenience caused by load-shedding does not constitute grounds for a refund or discount.

Guests are responsible for all breakages and damage caused during their stay. Please report any breakages or pre-existing damage immediately via the inventory check or by logging a request above. The cost of replacing or repairing damaged items will be charged to the card held on file. Accidental breakages reported promptly are treated with goodwill.

A refundable security deposit of R3 000 was collected at the time of booking. This will be released within 7 business days of your check-out, subject to the property being returned in good order and no outstanding claims. Any deductions will be itemised and communicated to you within 3 business days of check-out.
